As a result I was happy to sign a further contract at a very fair price, and as usual, thanks to the help of Donna Bond, this was quickly confirmed. Bonus was the promise of no price increase during the term of contract.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Following the order for fibre broadband from Air band the site visit and connection was carried out very quickly. However, as the installer did not take the time to adopt the previous IP address of my previous router it meant that I have to reinstall all of those items connected to my Wi-Fi some of which proved to be quite difficult therefore causing me a lot of inconvenience. This is annotation and rather disappointing.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025We have two Airband supplies at our address one commercial and one residential - the company is moving to a new location and I needed to downgrade the commercial to residential. Firstly all internet is subject to variation in speed due to use. but our Airband had been constantly performing to drive our needs. Secondly their customer care and accounts are second to none. it was a pleasure to deal with all depts. Thanks to Charlie in particular.

I’ve had to wait a fair few weeks for an installation however have done this change over the Xmas period so can appreciate time has been busy and limited. Today Alex (engineer) visited and installed my broadband, he was as quick as he could with a few issues resolved along the way, great communication with me throughout the process and left the property tidy and as he found it! Thanks.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I've been with Airband for nearly 18 months and have generally been very happy with the service. It rarely drops out unlike previous broadband I've had. They contacted me recently as my renewal is due in a few months. After doing some research to see if I could get a better price for the same service - I couldn't - so have renewed again with Airband for the same deal. Very happy with the price and saves having to reset all my devices to a new provider. They also answer any queries very promptly and customer service is good.

That's now 4 outages in 6 weeks, the first of which was getting on for 10 days. When you're having to buy additional data allowance from your mobile provider because you can't rely on the fibre, something is definitely wrong. Avoid this company like the plague.
