I have had a number of issues with getting answers to specific questions like; connecting my existing handset to the router as the softphone they use is pretty poor or the coverage of the router they supplied which I have to say is about as bad as I have ever had ranking as low as a Vodafone one from 6yrs ago! I am still trying to resolve these issues along with a spooling issue hence the 3 star rating. Hopefully I can upgrade once I get my issues resolved.

United Kingdom | 10 January 2025Customer service is glacially slow. I am still waiting on an enquiry i made on the 20/12 2024. When an engineer did come out, he was great, and the tech support guy i spoke to was equally good. It seems the 'front line' customer service team is ill equipped to deal swiftly with enquiries or complaints. I am currently disputing a £60 charge, when £30/month had been offered as a joining fee. Still not resolved. Booking in the engineer took over a month. In summary, great support, but only when they eventually get round to seeing you. Perhaps money would be better spent on staffing than TV advertising.
