United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I rang air band to renew my contract and to upgrade my package, the automated message said pick this number etc etc then said leave a message on the answer phone and it went straight through to music, thought that's strange for a answer phone but the a real person answered and helped me with very high great customer service sorry I forget the woman's name but she was great so thank you to the woman who helped me on the 14/1/25. They are a great internet service period. Great speeds with fibre. I've upgraded to 600mbs upload and download speeds roll on may 14th lol. P.s I'm also living in north Devon in a little village in the countryside with no connection problems at all. Thanks From Craig

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I’m not giving negative comments about airbands customer service as advisers are polite. My concern is the fact that it’s not even been 2 months since broadband installation and already we have had 3 outages in the SY10 area. It’s not acceptable. We didn’t have any with old supplier the first outage was for 8 days which was caused by the storm a few weeks ago. Then the next outage a couple of weeks ago all weekend and now today. What on earth is wrong all of the time. There is a group on Facebook constantly complaining about the outages meaning I’m not the only complainant. We’ve signed for two years and sorry that we did. Airband kindly compensated us for the first outage but to have two more is getting ridiculous. Please advise why there is another outage.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025I think the service provided is very good, I live quite rural in a bit of a valley and sometimes the internet does drop out but that's not often. There is always good communication and the price is very fair. Unlike companies such as Sky, EE etc. I am not constantly bombarded with enticements to get more and more from their range of products which is a big turn off for me and my husband yet when you are doing some maintenance in our area - you email me to let me know - great. What more could I want. Keep up the good work.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025It was a no-brainer to switch to Airband as they were offering full-fibre 600mbps broadband at the same price we use to get 60mbps from Sky. Installation took place only a couple of weeks after I placed my order. The installer Jack Johnson was great and did a tidy job exactly where I wanted it. I'm not sure what the rest of Airband is like - the process for installation seemed a bit impersonal with just automated text messages and emails to keep me updated. Also, I wonder where I am able to login to my account to keep track of my billing?
