United Kingdom | 10 January 2025No communication. Didn’t let my old provider know that I was leaving so had to pay an extra months worth to them. Signal keeps cutting out, every few minutes. No account so can’t check up my details and not easy to get hold of them. Bill is in a email and hard to read , no way to find how breakdown works. Airband live in the old ages and need to update their technology.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025My order was cancelled without being contacted. If I hadn't contacted Airband for confirmation, I would not have known. I then went back to Zen, whom I had been using for 20+ years, a week or so before we were due to move, and the installation was completed on time. Perhaps Airband could learn some lessons here. In case somebody should ask, the survey was undertaken as I met the surveyors on site.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Since joining Airband 18 months ago their service, including installation, has been excellent. Their customer service is very quick and efficient and you get to talk to ‘real’ people. Over the 28 months our broadband only went down once and it was very quickly restored. Overall I’m very happy and so l would give them 10/10.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Had a survey in 11/12/24. There was a problem with the transmitter so the surveyor said the job would be completed the following week. Having heard nothing I rang them on 18/12/24 and a ticket was raised saying: “we are doing everything we can to resolve your query as quickly as possible." Having heard nothing further I rang again on 7/1/25 and was told installation would be on about January 17th. Fortunately, my mobile broadband contract had a few weeks to run so I renewed it after cancelling Airband. Not a good experience.
