Since then I have not had any issues at all and have enjoyed a great service. I have just renewed for a further 12mths and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Donna Bond. United Kingdom | 08 January 2025I have tried on two previous occasions to get Airband installed. Both times I've got so fed up with nothing happening for months that I've cancelled the installation request. In July of last year I decided I would try a third time. I'm still waiting as of today. Since July last year I've had 4 engineers come out to assess the work that is needed. Every time a different engineer comes out, they evaluate that the work needed is different from the previous engineer. In November last year the engineer said that Airband needed to apply to Oxfordshire Council for a Wayleave Agreement to gain permission to put a pole up for the cabling. I have been told by Airband that the Wayleave Agreement is now in place, but the engineers that came out this morning now say the cabling needs to go in a different place and there is no need for a Wayleave. I believe I have more chance of winning the lottery than I do getting Airband installed. Month after month goes by, Customer Service are VERY unhelpful every time I contact them, and quite frankly I'm fed up with the texts and emails saying "we are still working on getting your service installed and will update you in x number of weeks." There is NEVER any update from Customer Service, and I contact them again and the cycle just begins all over again. I wouldn't recommend Airband to anyone. NOTE TO AIRBAND - please do not respond to my review with nonsense apologies and words of how sorry you are that I've had such a bad experience. I have heard all the excuses over and over, and the ONLY thing I'm interested in hearing is WHEN the installation is going to happen. And by when, I mean an actual date & time.

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025I received a renewal notice recently and replied today requesting an upgrade our existing fibre150 package to the fibre 300 deal. For only £5.00 per month more than I'm already paying, to get double to speed seems like a good deal. Factoring in being free for first month, for the first 6 months of the new deal, this effectively makes it no more expensive than our existing one. The upgrade was confirmed today and a minor query regarding the router was also answered. Yes, from time to time it does go down, but personally, its never unduly affected me. Overall I am very happy with the service that Airband provides Thank you to Sarah Aybey for your prompt service, it's greatly appreciated/
