We had a very quick response when we signed up. the installation happened 3 weeks later and we are very happy with the setup which is consistently delivering 300mbps connection. ...... The "but" is that internal communcation seems poor. Our village had a fairly complicated Airband network installed in February 2023. The installation engineers were completely unaware of this and tried to use pole that was subsequently made redundant (I'll spare you the details!). A week following the installation we got another booking for the same installation! I tried calling and leaving messages but calls were not responded to. I eventually got it cancelled by email. So my overall impression is that the left hand doesn't seem aware of the right hand. It’s good to see Airband respond to the reviews, however it’s troubling that the same sort of complaint has been voiced many times over the previous year and yet the ongoing service remains so mixed. It's all going fine at the moment, but I'm nervous about what will happen should the installation develop a fault, particularly reading other reviews.

Both Daniel & Poppy were both very helpful today. We needed some help and clarification with the transfer from BT to Airband. They helped in such a way that we fully understood and felt confident that issues were resolved. Well done Airband.

Airband’s internet speeds are reportedly quick, but their customer communication is woefully slow to non-existent. I signed up on 27 November 2024 for installation of an Airband broadband package. I was told that installation would typically be in 12-14 days, but we could be even sooner since we are relatively local. It is now 6th January and no news or information from Airband regarding installation. I did contact them in mid December having heard nothing, to be told that they were busy repairing lost connections due to the storms. That was fair enough, but there is no excuse for not keeping customers informed about issues and letting them know when to expect delivery. I tried again today to contact, but they are not even accepting calls. I just get forwarded to a voicemail with the automated voice promising that someone will get back to me. Having now read some of the other negative reviews about Airband, I have little confidence that this will happen. This is very poor customer service.

I signed up for an Internet package 13th December and was informed I'd have someone out to have an initial look for installation within 3 weeks. I rung to check on the status and was told to ring on the 4th January when the 3 weeks were up I had to press the representative on the 4th to look into the matter as he wanted me to call back in a couple more days He said he would escalate the matter and ring me back that day with an update. He has not. I have tried to ring today, 2 days later, and all I could do was leave a message to request another call back again There has been a lack of communication and consideration. My husband and I work from home and we have no idea what is going on with our internet UPDATE: it's been over 6 weeks since I've signed up, multiple ignored voicemails and it has taken 2 weeks for them to respond to my email. They've told me they are awaiting a SURVEY (not 'works' as noted in the trustpilot response) to be done, which was stated in December, so nothing appears to have been done since placing my order. They have also been unable to give me any timeframe

I genuinely feel like airband is an excellent service and company. No one else provides service to my home, leaving me restricted to 4G previously. I also had an overhead supply cable failure which was resolved impressively quickly. Most importantly: the price seems reasonable AND wasn’t automatically increased when every other single supplier did knowing customers had little choice. It feels rare to be impressed by big companies, but well done and thankyou airband 🎉

We've been without internet since this morning (04/01/2025). I called and spoke to their out of hours team (Roshni) after numerous attempts, after some basic troubleshooting they said they'd escalate the ticket and gave me a case number #00287958. After around 10 calls/voicemails over that weekend, we were not able to get through to anyone at AirBand. After not receiving a response, we finally got through to the support 06/01/2025 who arranged for an engineer (Chris) to visit 09/01/2925. We were also told we'd receive a call from customer services about our request for compensation (we've had to seek alternative means for internet as AirBand's internet wasn't working and they weren't responding to support calls). We've not received any calls from customer services. When the engineer visited 09/01/2025, they were nearly 2 hours late (scheduled for 09:00am, turned up close to 11:00am) and were unable to fix the internet. They said that a cable had been snapped and that he would contact a separate network team to carry out the required fix within an hour. It's now 4 hours later from that point, and we've not received a call/nobody has showed up as specified by Chris. We contacted customer services who said that they couldn't do anything until Chris submitted a report on our issue, and that they couldn't call us to let us know an ETA or any updates as their customer services team only deals with inbound calls. AirBand never seem to call us when they say that they will, and no action seems to be completed without us making numerous calls to their support numbers. We're extremely unhappy with the customer service (or lack of) and AirBand are becoming increasingly untrustworthy and unresponsive. Still, on 09/01/2025, the quickest response I've had from anyone at AirBand is this Trustpilot review.

We are very new customers so the proof will be in the pudding so they say . We were very badly let down with our other provider so decided on Airband after being recommended by a neighbour .so 5 weeks without broadband no tv ect ect an engineer turned up on the 27/12 /24 to do a survey when he realised our predicament he bent over backwards contacting whoever he needed to to get us connected ASAP and they did .we are in our cooling off period at the moment but I would recommend the service 100% our signal is 300% better than it was so we are very and would at the moment give 5🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I have been waiting a month for my broadband installation and still have no date for this. At the time of signing up I was told I would get a date within 5 days. No attempt has been made to contact me since then and my enquiries have met with bland apologies but no information or follow-up.

My fibre broadband is coming up to the end of my initial 18 month contract and I received an email from the renewals team with an offer to renew for a further 18 months at only £2 more per month than my current contract-a sum lower than I would otherwise have. My acceptance email was acknowledged and renewal set in place. Thank go to Emma Underhill for orchestrating it!

AirBand have proven themselves to be an amazing broadband company! They are very reliable with amazing speeds and great customer service. I recently was emailed by Emma Underhill with my contract ending reminder and she quickly sorted me a new deal that was a very good offer and even better upload speeds. No price increases ever whilst within contract- what more could you ask for! Highly recommend AirBand!
