As my provider was reluctant to replace the necessary cables I was advised to contact Airband. I telephoned Airband and an appointment was arranged. The technicians duly arrived and carried out a suitability survey. The whole installation was carried out so smoothly. The young men even helped me to reconnect my equipment which was so much appreciated as I had no idea what to do. I would happily recommend Airband to anyone who is able to connect with their transmitter. My whole association with Airband has been a pleasure.

A renewal email was sent well in advance and was simple to follow. It was easy to renew and been happy with the experience with Airband to date. Emma was very helpful with the process.

I signed up to Airband when I got one of their leaflets posted through the door. The offer was more competitive than the one I had with Sky. I was on the 160Mbps deal with Sky and the Airband offer was 960Mbps for a monthly fee lower than Sky and fixed for 24 months. So I gave them a try. It took a bit longer to get to the installation date as they had to lay down some additional cabling on our estate in Taunton. Their communication during this time wasnt great as most of the time, I had to followup for updates. It took a couple of months from the date I signed up to having my broadband installed. However, after the installation, its been amazing so far. The speed is really quick and I've tested the download and upload speeds and each time they have either matched what they promised or been lower by about 5% which is pretty acceptable when the download speed is 960Mbps. Its been a couple of months now since its been up and running and I have to say I've had no downtime at all, so even on reliability I'm impressed. So all in all, I'm happy to have moved to Airband from Sky and would also be happy to recommend them to anyone considering moving to their service.

The ordering process was easy, installation was pretty quick. There seemed to be a lack of information as to what exactly was involved but the engineers who came were polite and friendly! The service was only installed today so can’t comment on the service going forward!

Hi. We had a visit from someone from the sales side after he knocked on the door. He visited on the 30th Nov. We decided to change so he did the paper work on his phone and sent it though, but after 3 weeks we still hadn't recieved an email or phone call from them. By then the deal had expired. We Telephoned the company and was told they had no record of this. But they would honor the offer and someone would contact us soon. We are still waiting !!!!!! Regards Mr Deane

My internet went down on Christmas eve, so there was a delay because of the hoiliday, but an engineer (Alex) came out and quickly sorted out the problem. He was friendly and helpful getting the wi fi on my phone and laptop.
