Absolutely shocking company and customer service. Charging for Internet we cannot use, my Internet has been off since 10th December with no attempt to fix this, then finally after numerous calls/emails ect they decided to give me a appointment for engineer to come out 3 weeks later and no-one turned up, after me travelling to the property and waiting all day. They will still continue to take the money for something you cannot get use of..

After contacting Airband regarding no WiFi for 11 days they remotely sorted the issue. It’s lasted 2 days and now off again. I’d think seriously before taking out a contract with this company

I ordered back in June still no Internet. They needed a wayleave. No good communication, just same email with just time frame changed, from 14 Days to 2 months. Rang them to see what is now going on, but all I got was that the solution team needs to see what the next step is, but not heard anything as of the time of writing this review. But was told someone would be in contact.

We placed an order with Airband at the beginning of September 2024 and at the end of December we are still waiting for a service to be installed.

Do not use airband, worst company ever, don’t call back after multiple phone calls , internet is always off when we come to our caravan, had to leave today because of it so now the children are missing their new year party we bought tickets for, absolutely fuming, avoid at all costs!

It took an age to receive our router - we were told that it would be despatched the next day, but it took over a week. We also did not have a power supply for the fitting on the wall. Now that we’re connected, the service is good

My download speeds are not great day time they are fine and at night they drop to 25 mbps and when I go into were I have the wifi set up the wifi strength is 350mbps

Excellent, we had no Internet since the 18th November, we notified our supplier, sky, got no assistance at all, so I cancelled, Talk, Talk then said take over on the 27th November,, still nothing, open reach contacted, told to not contact them, contact supplier!!! No connection, & got in touch with you & with in a week 13th December we had Internet, engineers were great explained what they had to do, I am so pleased with the service & I would recommend you all the time
