United Kingdom | 19 December 2024Quick to chase renewals, but I have an order placed on behalf of our local village hall, order placed in July 24, I have to message several people including the Service Manager to get an update, weeks go by - no owner of our order. Then they raise a ticket, the 3rd one, and still no response! Please just get someone to own updating me!

Living in a village in Oxfordshire our previous internet speeds were embarrassing, but we've been entirely happy with Airband. With help from Donna (super efficient) we just upgraded to their Fibre 600 package. Looking forward to it!

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024Ordered Airband 22/10/24 for new property with a moving in date of 15/11/24. Move date went forward to 4/11/24 but fortunately the previous owners had left their router and airband turned this on, so I had WiFi but not the package I ordered. The engineer came 13/12/24 to install the new equipment, this is a month after the due date remember, and provided me with a new dish and Nokia router. There was a problem with the first router, so he got another one out of his van. The engineer was very good. Before leaving he suggested I contact airband on Monday if I wasn't getting close to the 100MBps. I wasn't, so called. I wish I hadn't. The person I spoke to told me to unplug the router, leave it for 40 seconds and plug it back in. So I did. Since that time on Monday, it's now Wednesday, I have spent hours on the phone to airband and have had approximately 30 minutes of internet connection. I have been told people will call me back and they haven't. The overall experience, apart from the engineer, has been poor at best. There is seemingly an out of hours team but they neither answer or return calls. I am awaiting a call from the scheduling team in regards to the first available engineer but based on experience, this takes a month. Overall, as a new customer, I feel extremely let down by Airband and would recommend people look elsewhere for a provider.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024Reported a problem over a week ago, tried calling for the first three times no answer, tried a day later and the case was logged, a few days later no call back, so I called them again case is logged I'm told. We are nearly 10 days with still no day booked for engineer. They are super fast signing customers up with direct debit, with native customer service, engineer on site in no time at all to install. If you have any issues sounds like a call centre in India, cannot understand a word they say, and that's if you can even get through to their after sales customer service. In summary I would not have joined if I knew about their customer service, and would not recommend unless it's a last resort.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Initially Airband were ok with very professional personnel doing the install. The speeds have been good and apart from a little intermittency in the signal overall pretty good. Then we had Storm Darragh 10 days ago. I don't expect the WiFi to be fixed overnight, I understood the challenges. However since we lost all internet connection, the lack of clear communication and shear lack of care from Airband has been shocking!! We live in a remote location, we had SKY on 8Mbs, it was slow, but their customer service was excellent and at least SKY would have had the decency to be honest with us. We've re-ordered SKY, don't want to but have no choice. The lines are down, we can see it. Just be honest and explain your plan, we can then work out as a family what we need to do in the interim.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Our mast came down in the storm and I have to work from home, We live very rurally and are stuck with the internet. Airband were absolutely brilliant for keeping us updated and when they did come out, it worked for a while and then went again, so my Husband rang the Engineer who came back within a couple of hours and spent ages fixing it. Big shout out to Alex for getting it sorted, being really helpful and so responsive!

We have just had our contract renewed by Emma Underhill, and it was an entirely effortless operation. Well done Airband (and Emma), please keep up the great work.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Fast full fibre internet, way cheaper than BT, but also with more downtime than we experienced with BT. Upside is that the customer service is excellent, completely different to the norm, with UK based call centres and the ability to actually speak to someone when things go wrong.

Airband's optic fibre cable runs past my house (attached to a telegraph pole a few feet away). Today they sent me this email : Dear Mr (redacted) Thank you for placing an order for Fibre broadband with Airband. However, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide you with this service and will be cancelling your order down. If the situation changes in the future, and we expand our network further, we will of course be in touch by post to let you know. Please be assured that in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, all of your personal and banking details will be removed from our systems. Kind regards The Residentials Team --------------------------------- Unbelievable.....

United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Our installer Jack was fantastic, very quick, efficient and tidy, he was determined to get everything up and running before leaving and said to contact him if he had any teething issues! We had a bit of an issue getting to the install stage and had considered cancelling several times due to various issues however the final stage thanks to Jack has been a breeze and has given me hope for moving forward with Airband! Thank you Jack!
