United Kingdom | 08 November 2024We have been waiting since 8 October for our internet to be installed. We were told they were coming Monday 4 Nov. Waited in all day. No one turned up or rang us. We have rung several times this week only to be told they are not sure what's happened so will find out and ring us back but no one rings. I wouldn't recommend this Supplier. Awful service! In reply to your response we were told the week before someone was coming on the 4th November, so much so we rang on the morning of the 4th to make sure they were still coming and the lady confirmed with us this was correct. When they hadn't arrived by 4.15 I rang again and was told by the Sales man the engineer had just finished his last job and we were next. So he also said they were coming. Your staff obviously aren't very well trained and don't have a clue what's going on!!

United Kingdom | 08 November 2024Really quick response after signing up for fibre, visit to check installation position then arrived on agreed date (could have come earlier) to complete and get up and running. All working and now getting approx 140Mb.

Would like to give a special mention to Jon Parkes for being a brilliant source of help and advice and Steven Cross for his fantastic service and installation! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for rural fibre!

After a short delay, the survey and subsequent installation of fibre was carried out in a professional and tidy manner by the men on the ground. Internal installation, configuration and testing were also well done. Finally, a question over my exit fees from BT was also satisfactorily resolved. Top service all round in my opinion.

The installation and set up was straight forward and speedy and the internet speed is top notch. Being in a rural area, the speeds offered by the bigger broadband companies were half the speed for more money so have no complaints at all. A special mention to Jon Parkes, he was great! He explained my options and reccomended me the best plan and really understood my needs and what would suit me! Easy to get hold of with any queiries no matter how trivial! Dont get that level of service or care from anyone else in the sector that I have previously worked with! Would reccomend in a heartbeat!
