I requested a survey and installation, a date was proffered, the crew turned up on time, swiftly looked at reception, fitted the receiver, installed the router, explained how it all worked, and went on their way. At every step I was consulted on the location of the equipment. What is more, it does exactly what 'it says on the tin'. It works. What else do I need?

It's like the advent of the printing press where before there was only quill & parchment. Goodbye SKY, goodbye BT, hello AIRBAND! Thank you for doing what you say on your adverts - apart from the silly one with the indistinct multi-region-regional accent. I'm guessing at Suffolk & Somerset combined maybe? Anyway, if you're in doubt, and you need more than 15Mbps (BT's fastest standard non-fibre actual service in this area), don't waste time giving that old and almost defunct behemoth BT any more of your money. You will get MORE FOR LESS from AIRBAND. Onward and upward I say - with 100's Mbps to spare! Thank you to William who came out, climbing ladders in the dark and making sure everything was absolutely tip top before he left. Tidy job. So if you don't get Airband now, you're clearly insane. Rural working from home just got a whole load easier.

I spoke to John Parkes at Airband, who listened patiently to my issue then suggested solutions to resolve, which fixed the issue in no time and got me back online. Thanks very much Jon and Airband team for the efficient and effective service. Would thoroughly recommend.

United Kingdom | 06 November 2024Just had Airband installed over the last week or so (required some perserverence by the very patient but determined civils team to get it from the pole and in a tricky duct!) but finished off and setup by the wonderful Jack Johnson no less. And let me tell you, it was 'Better Together' than any other installation experience I've ever had. Jack arrived when he said he would 'Good People' that he is and got straight to work. It was all done in no time, smooth as 'Banana Pancakes.' He made sure everything was 'Sitting, Waiting, Wishing' just right before leaving. Now the internet speed has put the original 3mbps to shame and got me feeling like I'm on 'Upside Down' mode – it's that fast! In all seriousness though, if Openreach have forsaken your area with fibre and its available go for it

I went on to discuss with her about a connection issue and relocation at another property that had been moving very slowly and Emma took ownership of the second issue which I was very impressed with. I am more hopeful now of getting this matter sorted.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024Had to wait a while for installation but yesterday we were connected by wonderful young man by the name of Jack Johnson. I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He ensured all our devices were connected and we had the best WiFi signal all over the cottage. He even went above and beyond by helping us with a printer problem. Airband customer service could do with some improvement but their engineers are the absolute best. Thank you Jack Johnson for restoring my faith in Airband. Your a gem!

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024I found that the engineers who came to do the survey were excellent. Unfortunately the Airband speed was too slow for my purpose as I required the phone package. It was then pointed out by the engineers that there is an Airband pole adjacent to our home awaiting a fibre connection and when this happens this should remedy my connection problems.
