Airband sent me a pair of Yealink W73P telephone handsets which came without a manual. I need to login to the base unit in order to setup a common phonebook but the login name and password published on Yealink's website does not work, despite three successful factory resets. It is over a month since I received the handsets and still the matter is not resolved, despite numerous emails and frequent phone calls to customer support. Matter finally resolved, though I think it wrong to sell items without a manual, and with non-standard passwords.

New connection really slow and what I'm paying for. got a phone back straight away and the person was really helpful. Only problem is that I'm still getting a lot more buffering and pages freezing or TV picture stops playing.

Moving into new home. Scheduling an appointment was simple, engineer was prompt and efficient. On discovering unexpected issues left by previous owners he fixed everything with good humour despite an extensive amount of unexpected issues!

Emma has been really helpful in trying to sort out the problems I am having since having airband installed recently. Nice to know that she understands that not everyone is tech savvy and needs a bit more support. Hopefully all will be sorted soon.

Placed order then advised delays but unable to tell me why. No information between department and stated could not do anything I would just have to wait. Was leaving BT for shoddy customer service but this was even worse. Was advised some people have been waiting over a year !!! Cancelled order after only 4 days as if this was the way it started god knows where it would end.
