United Kingdom | 09 November 2024Airband sent me a pair of Yealink W73P telephone handsets which came without a manual. I need to login to the base unit in order to setup a common phonebook but the login name and password published on Yealink's website does not work, despite three successful factory resets. It is over a month since I received the handsets and still the matter is not resolved, despite numerous emails and frequent phone calls to customer support. Matter finally resolved, though I think it wrong to sell items without a manual, and with non-standard passwords.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2024Placed order then advised delays but unable to tell me why. No information between department and stated could not do anything I would just have to wait. Was leaving BT for shoddy customer service but this was even worse. Was advised some people have been waiting over a year !!! Cancelled order after only 4 days as if this was the way it started god knows where it would end.
