She addressed my concerns about the price increases and we were able to reach an acceptable arrangement for our renewal in the New Year. Well done Donna!

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024Recently let down by Airband when they decided to bypass our hamlet with Fibre install, with agreement from the "Connecting Devon and Somerset" Government Quango. We had been waiting 12 years for fast wired broadband, first BT, then Gigaclear and now Airband have defaulted. Although all prior approved by "Connecting Devon and Somerset" with Gov funding.. So following from this shambles we wanted to upgrade the Airband wireless link as advertised and get 150Mbps, but now find we can only have 100Mbps and we have to pay the same price as the Airband 150Mbps .. Something is not right here.. Thank you for the Airband reply. It would be good if you will reply back to me relatively quickly on the situation once you have checked the issue at your end..

Couldn't be simpler and totally stress free. There were reliability issues with Airband in the past, but now it seems to be a reliable service using fixed wireless access.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024Are internet service has been so much better since we moved over to Airband than when we were with BT. Our service is for the best part really good but we do have some issues in the rain and wind. But not very often, and it soon resolves it's self. Helen jeffery

United Kingdom | 02 November 2024I live in a rural area where my download speeds top out around 30 MBPS when I heard about Airband four years ago I signed up and was told I was be connected by the end of the year (two months). I have Court on the way leaves from my housing association. I have gotten everything possibly needed. I’ve had engineers outside my house but I am still yet to have my engineers visit every time I contact this company I get fobbed off with someone will contact you soon to discuss this and of course that never happens. The hell Office is in Droitwich which isn’t too far from me on occasion I feel like the only way to get a decent conversation would be to drive there myself and ask them in person. Apparently I was able to receive this 15/10/2021… LOL I’d like an answer why I’m less important than the hundreds of people who can get it (my grandad) doesn’t even use the internet!!

United Kingdom | 01 November 2024Spoke to one of the sales team on the 14th and placed the order via the website shortly after, was told it would be up to 5 days for the survey team to contact me normally but as I had been already dealing with someone in the office he would put it to their attention, called on 25th to log a complaint that I still hadn't received any contact ref them coming to do a survey, called again yesterday chasing the complaint as other than an automated email I still hadn't had a response, made it clear if I hadn't had a call by 5 pm today I would be cancelling the order as their lack of customer service at this stage wasn't filling me with hope and it didn't seem that they wanted my business. Given that it is now 3.30 and still no response I am highly doubtful I will get a response and guess I will be cancelling and looking at alternative options.

I asked if she would send me an email with the relevant information and she did this straight away. As a very new customer, I am hopeful that all of Airband's Customer Service will be as helpful and that they will be easy to reach by phone.
