I’ve been an Airband customer previously when we lived in an isolated location and they were the only company that could provide a decent speed. I was very pleased to carry on with them after my house move. At one point I had BT and Airband running to eliminate down time but due to BT lack of customer service and increasing costs have stayed with Airband only

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025No complaints whatsoever about this company. BT were going to increase our broadband package to nearly £70 / month with a land-line phone. It was termed fibre despite being only fibre to a box 150 yards away,and from there copper. I was getting around 10 mp/s. Airband is 150 mb/s now full fibre to my router £30 per month ! No land-line phone, but with mobile phones it not required. Just renewed today for 18 months at same price locked in. Sarah Aybey confirmed my renewal in an email minutes later. Highly recommend these people.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025I wanted to change Broadband provider- our previous company had been taken over and the new provider didn't provide the same level of service or follow up on getting Fibre Broadband installed. Openreach weren't getting sufficient pledges to proceed with the local Fibre broadband scheme- they didn't do much to try to get it to happen. We switched to Airband as we would get far greater speeds for an extra £1 per month than we were paying. We have opted for the 100Mbps package- the speed tests I have done are now between 80 to 92 Mbps (which is over 4 times faster than we were getting with our previous provider, who genuinely clocked around the 20Mbps package we had with them). I signed up to Airband 2 days ago, they called me later that day and Kyle came and installed it yesterday (he had issues that took a long time for the new router and Airband server to connect with each other, but he got the job done). The new router provided only had one Lan output so we decided that we didn't really need the VoIP phone setup we had ordered from Airband as our mobile phones do the job we need sufficiently well. I contacted Airband this morning- Emma from the residentials team amended our order accordingly and sent me a confirmation email of the amendment shortly after receiving my request- excellent service. The ability to get through to the appropriate person on the phone directly at Airband wasn't as good as the phone wasn't picked up at customer services (hence my reason for not giving a 5 star review). Where we live, I feel that Airband is as good a broadband service as we can get currently, especially as Openreach have failed to get enough support locally to get fibre broadband installed.

Got a day booked and a call 15 mins before turning up and then had install Sean budd done a great job all neat and tidy wiring and and mounted box on the wall mess all cleaned up and great service thank you. One happy gaming son now his connection is running so much faster 👍🏼
