United Kingdom | 04 February 2025I am a customer of airband and there internet speed is great when it is running but when it is down the service is very poor our internet has been down for 12 days now and after being on hold for half an hour and speaking to them all they say is we will speak to the scheduling team and book an engineer and ring you back in half an hour this has been going on every day since it went down and still had no ring back.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Unsolicited ad popping in my inbox about your broadband. Since you've invited yourself into my life, I think is only fair I leave a review for you. Looking at your current price offer, you're about £15 over my current 900mbps offer (also with the same upload). Even with 3 months free, that still comes at an average of 8£ over, math is not that hard. As a piece of advise, if you're going to sell something , make it worth it at least. For anyone else reading this, remember to shop around.

Two months later there is still no plan. (And neighbours had theirs go down for 6 hours a couple of days ago so I'm cancelling my order.)
