Canada | 08 March 2025Let me start by saying that I absolutely love the quality of these eyeglasses, it’s sturdy, durable and stylish! I ordered the Prospero frames in clear and it looks awesome! Their customer service was amazing. I ordered progressive lenses, however I realized that I should have ordered my usual reading glasses with blue light coating since I mostly use it while working on my computer all day. This was an error on my part, but when I contacted them to see what my options were, they did everything in their power to solve the issue. They shipped me the right glasses on the next day. Kits is running this company right, with great quality products and caring customer service. I couldn’t be happier and I want to encourage anyone who’s in need of stylish glasses to try them! They are affordable, and the quality will blow your socks off!

I unfortunately ordered a pair of glasses and I wasn't happy with the style and was offered a complimentary pair in it's replace for instant resolve. I honestly was so impressed with customer service. We ve been ordering KITS for 5 yrs. now and my co workers and family are ordering online as well because KITS offers great deals and modern fashion! United States | 27 February 2025I have been wearing Air Optix contacts for years. I just ordered them from Opticontacts and I can barely see. My prescription has not changed. So I sent the upooened boxes back. I am SOL on the ones I did open. Now they say a refund is going to take 1-2 WEEKS? Ridiculous! Also sending some to ALCON to find out why the quality is so crappy from this seller.

This is the first time I have ever ordered a pair of eyeglasses online that I was able to wear and believe me I have ordered lots over the years, putting them on for the first time my eyes adjusted immediately, the lenses were perfectly set up and the thickness was Amazing (my prescription is a +7.00 and even with the 1.50 option the lenses were within the frame...first time for that) The eyeglass holder was a WOW...just like a little jewelry box to hold the glasses....I would recommend trying KITS, you won't be disappointed.

I made an error and ordered a pair of glasses that were too strong. When I inquired, thinking there was likely nothing that could be done, I got a response that the correct order had been sent! This was my error and they still made it right. I would recommend Kits to anyone who needs glasses.

WHY would they ship the contacts to New Jersey for it to take 5 additional days to be routed to GA??? How Ridiculous is that?? Very upset that the shipping has taken over 8 days and I still have received my contacts and the site said 3-5 day! and it Feb so Holiday shipping is OVER!!

United States | 21 February 2025I’m disappointed this is the second time in a year I had a box of contacts that are monthly that all ripped on the outside. We have ordered for my husband and daughter and had no issues with some of there boxes. Not sure if it’s how they’re stored or what.

Until you try to place the order where they try to sneak in over $100 in "because they can” fees. Liars! I deleted all of my personal information from their website. I will never order for them.

I contacted customer service regarding my issue and they were ready and willing to help. They issued me a replacement pair making sure quality assurance was done. I am quite pleased with my eyeglasses and the company has given me renewed confidence. I plan to make future purchases.
