Hi. I absolutely love getting the milk delivered even if it is only once a week. It's not just the knowing that the milk will be there in the morning but for an oldie like me it brings back happy memories. Thank you, McQeens Dairies.

I only had 3 deliveries overall however they missed items off 2nd & 3rd delivery, tried to charge me the wrong price for all the deliveries and I didn’t like the fact you can’t cancel via your online account. I suffer anxiety speaking on the phone which I made them aware of and they completely ignored it and told me to ‘ call this number ‘ they rang me yet again so I answered to get it over with and the woman was incredibly rude and I said I have an anxiety about speaking on the phone and she said ‘ well your speaking on the phone right now ‘ uhhh yes coz you don’t give people a choice!! The only positive I’ll say is the products are nice and reasonably priced but customer service is a total let down.

Delivery on time. Goods as ordered .Too early to consider a five star review. Great to have a delivery to the door. Thankyou.

Have been with McQueens for a few weeks now and enjoy their regular supply of fresh milk and yoghurt. Never see or hear the guys but always deliver before 7am. Great service.

Love the quality and the convenience of door step milk from McQueens Dairies. My daughter loves the difference from our usual milk.

Milk is always there when expected. Easy to suspend delivery when not needed . Good value .

Great service and the freshness and quality of the milk & eggs are 2nd to none. Enjoy the flavoured milk too. If anyone is buying a milk box from mcqueens, I recommend weighing it down with a paperweight or something similar, only ours blew away and broken. Make sure you put the discount code in on your first order...( only i forgot ) 🫣

So far very good service. My order is always as expected and there when I get up. I've had to tweak my order as there is only two of us and I was getting more than I needed so exchanged a litre of milk for a litre of delicious banana milk. It's so good I'm thinking of ordering the chocolate.Very easy to do on line so I'm more than happy.

Excellent service. I’ve been receiving twice weekly deliveries for ten weeks now and can’t fault the service. Milk fresh and tasty, delivered on time every time. Making changes is easy on website and customer service is excellent.

Took my order and gave me my first delivery. I ordered weekly eggs and milk to be delivered. The milk got delivered, no eggs which I paid for. To then receive a text the next day to say they don’t deliver to flats and would be cancelling my subscription , which is a bit funny as I literally walk past their milk bottles outside the other flats …. the exact same flats as mine?? Also didn’t get my money back for the eggs I never got ha!

After confirming to deliver at my address. I was then informed they don’t deliver to my address as it might be a flat which it is not. Our neighbour has milk and more no problem so we switched to them with no issue. Do not believe the instagram adds

reason for 4 stars, we left. anote in a bottle to say we did not want the milk delived that friday, as luck would have it, it was delivered, only my neighbour saw it and took it in, guess the milkman throw the note away, what will happen when we are away for a month do we get bottle's of milk stacked up on the door step, if that did happen we would def cancel, but saying this, I do love the milk so fresh and tasty, did not realise you have fresh orange eggs ect, will have to check you page thank you
