I ordered a pair of JC heels, price was good and shipping was fast. When they arrived, something seemed "off" - the glitter coating had shed significantly in the box, the heel was not glitter-covered as in most pairs and seems a cheap rose gold plastic replacement heel - so I suspected they may have been altered or were fake. I spent a few days researching and while I couldn't say for certain, I didn't feel right about the purchase authenticity. I logged in within 3 days of the item arrival to initiate a return and despite having 3 days returns, it said my return window had closed. I'm brining them to my local JC store to authenticate but pretty sure I'm stuck with fake shoes.

Wish I read all the bad reviews before I purchased anything from this company! Returned shoes that was too big and it took really long for the refund to be sent. Also a very frustrating process from customer service. Eventually when management got involved the issue got sorted within minutes
