The First Lady I spoke with was very helpful. Later when the issue persisted Herbert Kerry worked very hard to suggest solutions and ultimately was instrumental in the solution being found.

Banhams used to be one of the best lock companies in the UK. I have numerous services with them, but their maintenance service has become complete rubbish. They refuse to answer calls, nobody will take any responsibility and getting a supervisor to call you back is impossible. Considering how much they charge, they should call customers back immediately, but they do not bother. I emailed customerservice at banhams at least five times and have not heard back from a manager or a supervisor. All they are good at doing is sending huge bills, and the service is rubbish. Save your money - never use Banhams.

Competent and helpful checker of the alarm system. Arrived on time and took less than half an hour. No complaints apart from paying for a couple of items, but a phone call soon dealt with that. The only slight question mark is the annual service was due, and paid for, last September . Rather a large interval!

Flexibility regarding timing of the visit. Pleasant, friendly engineer. Maintenance quick. Answered questions clearly.

Service engineer was fine but I would have liked more specific information on time of arrival - rather than just "betweeen 8.30 and 1 pm"

Engineer was efficient when he arrived but office staff making appointments useless. Emailed with a 8:30/ 10:30 appointment. Phoned at 11:00 to see where engineer was only to be told appointment was first one in afternoon, about 14:00! No apology from office staff. Wait again and reorganise day. Not good customer service.
