United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Four years ago I use this company for my locks and doors I paid thousands of pounds. I paid every single invoice that was sent to me immediately. Four years later I get an invoice from items they forgot to invoice demanding £728 asking for payment immediately. It's absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again. Also, when the Fitter arrived, they said my door frame needed adjusted it'll be approximately £1200. I question the price and I was offered a 5% discount I got a second opinion from a carpenter It cost me £100 to rectify the frame work the job took 15 minutes How many people who don't question the cost do they rip off?

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025The engineers are very competent and pleasant, and seem efficient. However, getting through to Banham on the phone to report a fault or arrange a service call is very frustrating. Their service dept appear to have insufficient staff answering calls and you end up going round in a loop for 15 mins (which you are paying for). I asked for my dissatisfaction with the process to be escalated with a manager but nobody bothered to call me back. Once you have a Banham alarm system it’s them you need to service it (against your contract) so it’s not like you can take your custom elsewhere. Would not recommend.
