Very smooth and lovely job done

Really good service, being a 24 hour locksmith my van is my work so it was vital to minimise the down time and fit in. They were brilliant especially Mark who came in on Saturday especially for the vehicle handover. Really accommodating, the works to the van was also a very high standard, I would definitely recommend them.

This was a non fault party Insurance repair. The Repair was done well, and when I phoned to check on progress everyone was polite. They also quickly provided me with extra information about the repair I asked for on completion. There wasn't always someone on the phone, which was a slight negative, but didn't cause any problems for me int he end.

After a few problems regarding the KEY Replacement, all worked out well

My they offered to collect my car, wasn't too pleased with hearing it open up down the road with a cold engine. Satisfactory repair, after I sent it back into the body shop to buff down the orange peel paint effect. It Shouldn't go out like that. Basic finishing.

They kept in touch with dates for completion of repairs. However the repairs took longer than the original date given even though I got the car back earlier than the previous date I was given. Otherwise everything was fine

Friendly and efficient service. Good communication, was kept informed throughout tje repair process.

The team were very friendly and accommodating but in terms of the actual repair work, I would not go back to them again... Their attention to detail is quite poor - my car still had a few scuffs and small bumps in the paint that was missed (again), the inside of my car was covered in greasy fingerprints, and their prices are far too high for the quality you get. I really hate leaving a bad review because the staff were so nice and communication was great but at the end of the day, I came to get my car repaired and it was a mediocre experience - bearing in mind I've been to other businesses that go above and beyond for their customers.

Overall they are very good, give us feed back to my car and told me when itwill be finished. They are very helpful and contact me when my car was to be delivered.

Car was in the compound for over a week before it was collected so I waited 9 days for a courtesy car. I was told the car was ready and asked if the boot cover had been replaced and it hadn’t. They offered to bring back the car without it and said they would order and deliver it but I was not happy with that as it was part of the claim and should have been done before returning the car. I was called on 4th July and asked if they could return the car between 7 and 8 the next morning. I wasn’t keen but I agreed to this. I got up at 6:45 and by 10am the car hadn’t arrived so I had to call them. I was told the car was on its way back and the driver heard glass rattling so he took it back to the garage to clean out the glass. Not sure if I believed this story as sounded a bit questionable. A courtesy call would have been appreciated to keep me informed as I got up early. I was pleased with the work carried out on the car.

Car collected, fixed and dropped home in immaculate condition. Was informed of works on a step by step basis. Very smooth operation.

Car repaired perfectly and very clean. The car was picked up and dropped off on time by a very polite helpful person. When I couldn’t reach them on the phone I just emailed and got an instant reply.

My insurance company was a complete let down..thankfully I got passed onto AD Williams.. They were great from start to finish ..called me immediately that they had been assigned , kept me updated all the way , arrived when promised ..car finished quicker than expected and came back all clean. Would highly recommend them for any car damage work that you may need
