They repaired my car on time and brilliant work on it

Not happy about aliment of doors and a large scratch on leading rear door

The work on the car looks good, all items have been replaced and the car had been washed. however I wasn’t impressed with what looks like a big muddy footprint on the inside of my rear passenger door. I think it was where someone had tried to push the seat back as this was stuck in the forward position. The service was good though and good customer service. Just would have been nice if they checked the smaller details before returning. Then they would get 5 stars

Sian on customer services was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. They did a lovely job on the body work and were quick and reliable.

Excellent all round service

Car collected as promised and was kept fully informed of progress on repairs. Car then returned clean inside and out.

Every thing was very easy. A D Williams got in touch to arrange a day and time for my car to be collected. Very polite staff both on phone and when they collected car. A D Williams got in touch after they had repaired my car and brought it back to me. The car looks like new both inside and out.

Door colour is not matching fully with body. Overall not happy.

Repair was well made. Good contact with the team at AD Williams Wimbledon. What remains difficult is to get in touch with AD Williams by phone. This can be improved !

Waited an age for the job to be completed with a delay in the parts ordered and the insurance company giving the go ahead but overall Happy with service and the customer service team

The insurance work ws good on the main repair However, the van recieved back was dirty and had not been at least washed The inside floor cover was not replaced and and a loose fitting under the passenger side front The communication from Lauren all the way through was very good but the van condition was disappointing
