They had my car for almost a month, attempted to scrap it and then didn’t even fix all the bits that needed fixing

I had to use AD Williams because the insurance of the guy that bumped into me told me to use them. I didn't read any reviews or comments so had no idea who they were. They came and picked up the car on Monday which was nice and then told me they will need 8 days but will update me. I called them next Monday to find out when will the car will be ready, nobody answered the phone, so I called 5 more times. No answer. I send them an email and they responded that it will be ready tomorrow (Tuesday). I made arrangements so I needed the car... Tuesday comes they don't respond. Wednesday comes they called me in the afternoon and left a voice message to call them back... Obviously I called back 8 times and nobody responded... Thursday morning they called and said the car will be delivered today between 8:00 and 13:00... because I lost £250 as I needed to rent a car to do work related stuff and then lost money I said to them I will come and collect as I don't trust them. I picked up the car and they fixed everything which was great and even washed it. The lady at the reception told me that she is by herself and apologized which is okay but it's NOT acceptable to tell someone that it will be ready on one day and then not deliver and not even care to answer the phone. I wouldn't go back to them but the job was done great.

Communication between myself and the workshop was appalling. I drove an hour to the workshop to explain how their lack of effective communication had negatively affected my experience with them. After collecting my car I found some damage to the window of the "green" rear door that was supplied. I have reported this, by email, and have been completely ignored.

The work done on my car was excellent. I had to change the first car given to my though from a 3 door to a 5 door as I have a young child to get in and out of the car while pregnant. Only downside I have with the garage is when trying to contact them. I would be trying for hours to get through to someone when I was told by my insurance company that my car was ready one week only to find out that the garage was waiting on completion of paperwork before releasing the car the following week.

When told the car was ready to collect I arrived and they realised the car needed to be finished. Communication seems to be an issue as the phone lines are never manned. When the car was dropped off which i was dreadful for as they are only open until 5. The delivery team were swearing at me down the phone because they couldn't find the parking space and didn't know how to use a camera phone so I was unable to give directions. Completely unprofessional.

They kept my car for nearly 4 weeks even when the repairs had been done, so essentially it took them two weeks to put it back together again, no doubt charging my insurance company a small fortune. I had no communication from them at the end, I I had to keep calling. The car is dirty, stains on the driver seat. The two chaps that delivered it were quite frankly intimidating, aggressive and rude, shouting at me because they had the wrong postcode and couldn’t find the address.

This Company in Emsworth went above and beyond in repairing my car after an accident. They were so helpful and extremely efficient even down to delivering my car back home. Can’t thank them enough

Where do u start., communication was absolutely outstanding! Each and every person was extremely friendly, polite and so helpful! They was extremely efficient with collecting my car and very thorough and prompt with the fixing of my car and even took my hire vehicle so I could swap and just drive my own car away! I was upset that my car had been damaged and they was so good with me and kept me informed on everything I honestly cannot recommend this garage enough! They went above and beyond to make my experience so smooth a massive 10 stars from me and will be recommending this garage to everyone

Took just over three weeks to complete relatively minor repairs to my car. They were poor with communication. Kept changing their expected completion date and when they did eventually finish the repairs, they shut early on a weekday so it's difficult to get to them as I was also working.

Good communication, prompt and good quality repairs.
