Great communication throughout the time my car was in for repair. It didn't take long to get my car back and it had also been cleaned inside and out. I chose AD Williams because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed.

They have done such a good job on the car you would not even think I have had a accident, we needed our car back as we was going away so still need the side steps fitted which they are having trouble finding the replacements, hopefully when we come back the parts will be there to finish the job then would definitely give the 5 *

Positives: Staff are friendly and responsive. They quickly replaced a piece of the bodywork that had fallen off after being put back on the car. Negative: Repair took longer than expected (3 weeks for some minor front damage). Communication on progress was always initiated by a phone call by me.
