Satisfied with work done. Problem with getting parts promised from supplier meant delivery cancelled a number of times. Also a number plastic etc. bits strewn around boot and in holder beside front seats. Not sure what for perhaps mainly items to be fitted/items replaced. Will check out next car service. I score 9 out of 10.

Repairs here were carried out as to my expectations as I have used AD Williams before. Staff very polite a shout out to the girls at reception and Simon who’s personal help carried the day. From start to Finnish I encountered not one problem. A very professional repair establishment

Kind and helpful

When I hit a deer Aviva sent me to AD Williams for the repairs. When your car is having repairs done you use an online update service that shows your process with a %. However, the whole duration it was getting repaired (over 1 month) I never received any updates by phone call, text or email. I tried calling AD Williams for an update but they never answered and they dont have a voicemail service. When i finally got in contact with the lady in the office, she was very abrupt and rude. She couldn't give me any updates "because she is just a receptionist - there is only one of her and she can't do everything". The online service also kept changing there completion date, due to not knowing what was going on and with a busy work schedule I had to booked several days off for these completion dates that kept changing. When I spoke to the lady about this she gave me a sarcastic answer in return. When I finally came to collect my car all the lady cared about was payment. The repairs were done to a good standard. However, my coolant light keeps coming on so they haven't fully completed the repair in my eyes. The customer service is lacking here and I wouldn't recommend coming here.
