Excellent service from start

Excellent receptionist and driver who picked up my car and dropped it off. The work done to my car was first class.

Thank you AD Williams for returning my car to me repaired and looking sparkly and new! My car was collected and delivered quickly, repairs are completed and I cannot even tell that my car has been in an accident. They have also cleaned the inside and out so it looks new and shiny. My only comment would be around the phone lines, as it is difficult to get through to a representative as the phone lines just ring and ring. But thank you for the regular updates regarding my vehicle online and through email. I would recommend your service. Thanks again

Good service, kept in contact with update

This auto repairer collected my car for repair post accident through the Hastings Premier Insurance. The car had a low impact accident and therefore it not have any major damages except some cracks on the front bumper! The car was perfectly drivable as I drove several miles immediately after the accident. I waited several weeks for the repairer to collect the car and the car was at their disposal for over a month as we were outside of the country. They sent reports to say that the repair was almost 95 percent complete, At the last moment when the repair was due for completion, their repair cost was so high for such a minor damage, the insurance company decided to write-off the vehicle! You can imagine what they will charge to repair vehicles that are involved in major accidents! 😡

The job was delivered to 9/10ths completion which showed a lack of care/ attention to detail. I had to reject the vehicle which was later returned to the correct standard. Quality control issues at AD Williams need a review.

Phone line is always non responsive and extremely poor management. Though my car repair was completed, it took more than 9 day's to deliver car at home address, for more than 8 days car was in highwycombe yard kept idle for no reasons. all because the customer service person was extremely busy and was not able to manage the communication effectively with the customer and staff. Apart from this the phone line just rings and no one answers. I must have phoned like 40-50 times over 2 weeks and there is no response to my calls at all.

Really helpful, kind and flexible!! The staff that collected the car and dropped it back were lovely and answered all my queries!!

I recently had my car repaired by this garage. My front bumper, front driver side wing and alloy wheel. The cosmetic work was done up on receiving my car. However a day later I realised steering wasn't aligned and front wheel suspension was making noise. Every time I turned the wheel noise was coming the repaired area. The Email we received from this garage was that this is not accident related. Well the area of impact was the front driver side, mainly the front wheel area hence way my alloy had to be repaired. Surely the front wheels of car is connected to the steering how else would you bloody steer. This garage dose not want to respond no communication what so ever. Also this very small repair took 3 weeks. DON'T USE THIS GARAGE, but if you think I'm exaggerating please use them. You will soon find out how unprofessional they really are.
