Incommunicado, your staff would not pick up the phone. Job that suppose to be done in 1 week took 5 weeks to complete. I was not about the delay. It cost me to get a replacement vehicle

The car repair was handled very smoothly. I was contacted quickly and they were very helpful in all aspects of the repair. I was kept updated and was completed very quickly and the car returned cleaned and good as new.

I received the car with still scratches and the driver side door handle and surrounding leather interior was very dirty and greasy. It's been agreed over the phone on the delivery that you will send somebody to fix it. hope this will be done soon.

Great customer care telephone manner. Also from picking my car up to get repaired. Explained the process with my car getting a rear bumper re painted. Very good all round service highly recommended.

Not very well valeted. Inside windscreen needs attention and general hovering.

They fixed my car and cleaned it. Took far too long…21 days and the communication was abysmal - don’t even try to phone them, no one answers.

Once appointment made, service was prompt.
