United Kingdom | 23 May 2024Not recommend them at all,they have a job to respray my bumper and damaged my head light and then they tried to polish and make it worse, now its blurry so i am not recommend them at all, i don't know how they still running with al this reviews, nobody happy with them looks like they never done a good job.

United Kingdom | 21 May 2024I have to be honest, with the time it took to finish the job, I was expecting a better end product. My car had to have a replacement rear bumper, as the car had had a bump which caused damage to the original bumper and pushed the other panels out of place. When getting the car back, not only have the panels not been aligned properly, but also there’s paint chips, not only on the old panel that was moved (caused by the accident) but also the new rear bumper has a small chip on it. The chips maybe small but considering the job took the better part of a month, and it was such an expensive job, I expected the car to come back immaculate. Least of the issues that the cars tow bar has been replaced, but the new one also has a big scratch on it. Finally, when taking the car back, the gentlemen who delivered the car took pictures and told me that I would get a call back on the day, which I did not receive.

However from my dealings with AD Williams I feel certain that given the chance they would have done a great job.

United Kingdom | 18 May 2024They did not check the car fully after receiving it and only replaced the damaged body work. Did not look at the mechanical parts that could have been affected from the accident and said that the insurance did not ask them to look at it that way. They even said that they forgot to do a diagnostic test on the car before returning it to me when asked that why is the engine management light keeps coming on the dash come on. You have had the car for seven months. The insurance says that the car has been in an accident check it through and fix it fully. They just cut corners to make quick money. Worst of all the guys who picked up the car filled in the report to check what is wrong with the car but they say that the report is not valid. Avoid them at all cost.

United Kingdom | 18 May 2024Terrible communication, do not answer the phone or emails. Wycombe were rectifying a repair that their Uxbridge branch had completely messed up. They were the recommended company through insurance but I would never recommend them or use them again.
