Rude unhelpful staff, Didn’t fix vehicle properly, Took it back, Failed to do anything to it and still waiting to it to be fixed, nearly a year since the crash. Out of pocket and van has now got further problems due to lack of intelligence to fixing vehicles.

Finished product great . Only criticism was the drop off return was stressful. I was told that they don’t crop off after 2 and we were on a mission to pick up our Autistic grandson who we can’t be late for . It was five minutes past two when the car arrived.

They gave me back my car covered in bird poo, the interior of the car was very very dirty. I tried to call them I was meant by someone very rude on the other end. I sent pictures over and was still met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced
