I am now in fear that I am at risk of my personal information being used by scammers etc. Following the breach, I requested the details of the company’s data protection officer (DPO) on 29.04.2024, with the hope of discussing the breach and be reassured that personal details are safe. I’ve not received any response to date.

On returning my vehicle, it had a flat battery and a nail in the tyre which needed replacing. The work done on the car was of a very high standard.

They did go out of their way to hand deliver some documents - and this was a big help.

When I brought the car to you on the off chance that someone could look at the damage your estimator looked at it straight away. He then got back to me on the same day with a quotation for the work and by the end of the afternoon the car was booked in for the following week. The whole job was done in 2 days & the car returned to my home address looking as good as new. Thank you!!
