Brilliant service. Staff are so friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Car was an absolute state after being hit and it’s now like nothing has even happened. On top of the exterior work that needed doing, they not only gave the outside a wash but they also gave the inside a very good unexpected clean. Very pleased and very grateful.

Water leak inside the car after it was repaired. And they try to avoid their responsibility. Tell me could be something else wich they didn't have anything to do with it. Poorly raccomanded a.d williams.

Communication with you was very difficult and variable. I think this took a lot longer than I would have expected. The quality of the repair was excellent though

2 Faults so obviously you have not checked over my vehicle for final inspection. 1 - New Diesel housing no longer locks and can be opened and accessed anytime? 2 - Rear door handle no longer works - This is a new fault and has never been an issue?

After visiting AD Williams, Farnham Surrey, being given a date of 18 March for a repair, said repair being cancelled a couple of days before due to part not being in stock, I haven't heard a word from them. I have rung their number on numerous occasions over the past 2 weeks, either no one picks up or I'm cut off automatically. Not great customer service at all.

I have used AD Williams three time snow both privately and via insurance and I will not hesitate to use them again should I need to. I have found their customer service to be excellent each time and work completed to a high standard. I will recommend them to anyone who needs car accident repairs.

Had my vehicle in after being driven into. Turned out to be a complex steering issue in the end and took longer than expected. However the garage kept in touch and clearly were doing everything they could to get it sorted. I'd much rather wait and have a job done properly than rushed and have issues. After picking the car up I could hear knocking sound and after calling the garage they had me in 10 mins after calling. The engineer listened to my concerns and was happy to let me take him for a test drive so that he could hear the issue which I much appreciated, as some places often dismiss customers in these situations. Once back to the workshop the engineer took the time to have a look and dealt with the piece of trim which was causing the noise. Pleased to say it did the trick. Really appreciated the time he spent sorting it out and the time he took explaining the original repair work undertaken. Would definitely recommend to others.
