A D Williams took my car in for bodywork repairs over 2 weeks ago, and have not given me any updates as to progress. I have been put on hold on the phone for 40 minutes and still waiting to get connected. It is a frustrating experience

My car was repaired through my insurance Company at the Lydd branch and I could not have asked for better service my car was picked up and a courtesy car delivered to me by two very nice Gentlemen the lady that dealt mith me on the phone was very nice and the repair was carried out very quickly cannot thank everybody involved enough I am really grateful

The body shop technicians at AD Williams have made a good job of the repair to rear of my VW Passat estate. I’m really pleased with it. The communications were good, with constant updates via email from FMG. The time frame was quick taking just 3 -1/2 days from collection to delivery of the car back to us. I Would definitely be happy to use AD Williams again in the future and am happy to recommend.

Long wait on the phone. Didn’t speak to anyone on the repair team. Repair times fluctuating. Long wait for a curtesy car. Small dent in drivers side wheel arch not attended to. Other than the above,repair was very good. Collection and delivery very good

Absolute rubbish service from start to finish. 1. Abolical communication from CS Lead. 2. No update received unless chased. 3. Information received was lies . 4. Workmanship poor. 5. Would never use this garage again and would strongly recommend that everyone steers clear of this garage.

Very happy with AD Williams Wimbledon. Our car was badly damaged in a collision and required extensive bodywork repairs. Reception was made easy by friendly Alex and Lisa who arranged repairs at a time that suited us. During the two weeks of repairs, Lisa kept us regularly informed of progress through their app and one of the team called us to offer to deliver the car at home. I preferred to collect it and it was handed over to me looking like new after a deep valeting which was much appreciated. I strongly recommend A D Williams for friendliness, efficiency and work quality.

My car went to Ad Williams through my Insurance company and I am glad it did. Everything form start to finish was efficient and the lady I dealt with on the phone (Linda) was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back quickly and ensured I had a hire car in the meantime.
