Everyone was nice and helpful when I called for help with my order. I am satisfied and have used PPG for years. My only drawback is the amount of time it takes to process the samples. I do wish it could be done more quickly. It took 3 weeks for the results which I guess that is okay however I feel it used to be done more quickly. Everything else has been fine.

I can’t print certificate. I always give a certificate when my dog is used at Stud. I’ve saved it in all forms, but i cant print it. Additionally it was more than annoying that i needed to sign in, open account, go to test results and perform an additional step before seeing results. My phone did not show entire report. Then I had to do same on desktop.

Always have a great experience with Paw Print Genetics. Tend to get my results earlier than expected and the price is easy on the pocketbook.

Good results good pricing however, the timeframe is misleading. The instructions in the packaging say it takes up to 14 days from the day they get the sample, but what they should really say is 14 working days because you get them closer to 21-24 days

I thought the color testing would tell me what colors she carries and the DNA testing just showed me a block picture and no genetic information.

7/10 of the samples failed after my wife just called two days ago to confirm everything was ok. Representative said our results were fine and would be released in a couple days. Now results are delayed 2 more weeks. This is the second time that the majority of our order has failed and had to be redone. This cost us time and money each time.

I thought this was a full panel of testing for more than 3 diseases, testing over 200 diseases is typical. This was a bit disappointing.

Always have their detailed reports and come at the estimated date of completion. Being able to call and talk to a vet is amazing!!

Great service! The technician who obtained the swabs from my dogs was very gentle and kind. Tibetan spaniels don't always like strangers especially ones with cotton swabs aiming for their mouths, but she was wonderful. The reports were timely. Thank you!

I wasn't getting the test to see if Timberlyn was merle or not, although your test says she doesn't have a merle gene, I know shes a merle from her Embark DNA test and I can visibly see she is merle. She is one of my pups that I had bred and I have her parents. I was just wanting to get her merle length to aid in breeding but I can see now that your results are not correct. The results were also delayed once or twice. I'd rather not be told a date than be told a date and you not meet your estimate. This was totally a waste of my time and money.
