United States | 10 March 2025I initially paid for 2 panels to be done on 2 puppies I bred (I was considering keeping both puppies). However, as soon as I got the kits a perfect person came along for the one puppy and I did place him. So I had an extra test and called the customer service people. I asked them to change the dog on the 2nd kit and they agreed. Embarrassed as I am after the results came Back to me via email I realized I had had this dog tested for these diseases. So I called back and asked if they would agree to testing this dog's swab at their lab for the supplemental panel instead. Without any "needing to talk to a supervisor" or transferring the call the service rep agreed to do it. Now that is Customer Service at it's finest imo!!! Thank You

Canada | 09 March 2025I sent my samples back, and they arrived at the laboratory on February 10th. However, nothing happened for days until I followed up. Suddenly, I received an email stating that my samples were marked as received on February 20th—an unnecessary delay. Aside from this issue, everything else went smoothly. The pricing was fair, and the processing times (excluding this delay) were excellent.

United States | 08 March 2025Poor customer service that seem to be lacking any sympathy or care for long time customers. We have had to redo multiple swabs and wait extended time for no reason. Have not had a result within their time frame in the last year. They don’t give you an update on why it’s not resulted on time unless you reach out every time.
