The ease of ordering additional tests with exsisting samples is great. However the results were promised (as per my portal) 2 weeks later for a total of a month.

You failed to send the information to ASCA in a timely manner. This resulted in puppies not getting sent to their new homes for Christmas as I wait on registration papers. I sent the form necessary for this, signed and dated. Pretty much ruined Christmas for 3 families. This is after a delay on your part, which you gave no reason for.

I ordered D Locus testing for 3 dogs. I was told over 2 weeks later that you did not have enough DNA for Brees. I asked (phone conversation) that you send me swabs 2nd day air and bill my CC (12/14). I have not received the testing swabs. Your estimated results for Sioux and Mahomes was 12/17. You sent me results for Sioux on 12/23. Mahomes is still pending. So no, your customer service has decreased significantly in my opinion.

The dna test took longer then usually

I have been running genetic testing through pawprint for the last 6 years. They have always been prompt and timely until this order. I was honestly a bit disappointed with the lag time. I understand that some circumstances are outside of their control, but they also have an obligation to stick to their standards that they promote. I may give them one last chance on the next litter but if this happens again, I will unfortunately consider changing companies.
