Paw Print did a great job of providing sample kits, instructions, and return instruction. Testing was efficient and on time. A well run/managed company.

I sent 7 samples in for a litter of puppies. I called before I ordered kits and was assured the testing could be done in the time frame discussed. I received the results for 6 of the puppies testing. I have called twice to try to get the last pups results with no success. I feel like I’m getting the run around. Besides your company not performing the tasks requested and paid for in the time frame agreed upon. This litter will be going to new homes and the testing is a big factor in that. I have used your company for many years and many dogs testing. That will cease at this point. Failure to perform and lack of customer service.

One of my samples was lost I had to resend a second dew claw and it took way longer than estimated to get our results back.

Slow return time on testing. Otherwise good experience

The kit was received quickly. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Report was received within a month of submission.

Due date to receive my results was 11/20. I did not receive them until 12/11. This is totally unacceptable!

It's verry intéressant

I called a couple times and everybody was wonderful. The person on the other end of the line made sure I got the best deals and used the right coupons. My questions were answered promptly through phone calls and email My results were a couple of days late, but I know things can get busy. I still got excellent care and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you.

As of yesterday December 8 2023I still have not gotten my results after an extended period of time . They did inform me they were experiencing delays

Easy to add in dogs and update details. It’s hard to double check that the details got entered correctly immediately. I just wish it was easier to find a promotion code insert area on the payment. I test full litters if often 8-10 puppies so the discount starts to become important when testing that many at a time. If you miss it the first tone around it would be helpful to revise the order and put it in.

There is a lack of communication. I ordered 4 tests but only 3 came back later than expected date. When I called to check status, was given generic response that it was still in testing phase and would receive an email when it was done.

Efficient, always updating status through to completion.

I can always count in paw prints for speedy reports! Also answer any questions I have.

Took too long to return results. Went past your own estimated timeframe, and had to send owners home with puppies and promises instead of documentation. First time that has ever been the case, first time using Paw Print Genetics.
