I ordered what I thought was a full health and color trait panel for my standard Poodle. I only received 5 completed tests for $230.00! Pawprint charged way more money for far far less tests than what Embark charges and tests for (almost 200 different diseases) and Embark includes a full color panel with their breed panel. I’ve waited a month to get results for 5 tests…. Needless to say, I’m not happy and won’t be using Pawprint again.

I did a full aussie panel on 2 dogs and included the ASCA DNA verification certificate. I only got one DNA certification and had to pay again to get the other dog. That made no sense to me, so one dog has DNA-VP and the second dog I paid for twice is DNA-CP. What a pain for me to fix something that was not my mistake and still came out wrong.

Took forever. I appreciate them staying late tonight and completing my samples but it is taking so long where other companies are getting results in 72 hrs. Would really be nice for rapid turn around.

Was very disappointed in the lack or urgency and remorse from Paw Print Genetics. I purchased (5) kits for my litter of French Bulldogs and paid for next day delivery. After several days passed, I called and the lady informed me that they were moving locations and that’s why they didn’t get them shipped. This issue caused my results to be delayed and not available by Thanksgiving as they should have been, had they shipped out the following day after I purchased them. Didn’t receive a refund for my next day payment and was told they could refund me if I wanted to go elsewhere.

Did not meet delivery deadline, results now take 14 days compared 7 days a year ago. Would be good and worth spending the premium to get the results back within a week of receipt like you did in the past. The results for CEA seem to be accurate for affected as my Ophthalmologist has confirmed on several occasions. Will try GenSol as they promise 24 hour turn-around from receipt of samples and they are almost half the price for single tests.

Being in Canada I was hesitant, but after speaking to your reps they assured me PPG's process is sound and that I need not worry - they have the customs matters all taken care of. I always use Paw print and never had any issues. A bit disappointed that you stopped giving the 50% discount on testing. I always have upcoming dogs to be tested so gets very pricy. I might have to look into a cheaper testing service. Thank you

Very quick results. The cost was reasonable and the process for submission we easy.

It took over a week after mailing back the sample to even show it was received and now still no results almost a month after sending it back. Not happy for such an expensive and time sensitive test.
