Why this company cannot just repay the money held by them for holidays cancelled by "covid I do not know. In my case I had booked through a friend and he was able to make a section 75 claim back on his credit card company, I was left high and dry, I therefore instigated a small claims court procedures with the HMGOV beta website, twenty minutes, claim complete, £115 fee paid and automatically added to claim. Response from Citrus within 2 days admitting full liability. Paid in full several weeks later, but before the agreed due date. Don't hesitant use this service, it is extremely easy.

My friend and I have used Citrus Holidays a few times now mainly long haul. The staff and their contacts they use in the country's we've used have always been very professional. We've had some incredible experiences and a heap of very memorable memories. Citrus Holidays are extremely competitive with their prices and we've always had good value for money. Keep it up Citrus Holidays will definitely be using you again and probably again. Massive thank you to you as a company and to your staff. Can't wait for our next adventure

After many futile attempts to have my cancelled Safari holiday refunded, I sent a Recorded Delivery letter to: 3 Princes Street, London, W1B 2LD, on 21st September 2021, outlining my intentions to take the matter to the Small Claims Court. It was returned by Royal Mail today as Undeliverable, reason given: Gone Away. I have resent the contents of the letter by email today and if you do no reply I fully intend to issue a claim against you with no further reference to you

Has anyone received a refund from this company? Or do I need to go to small claims court to get my money bk, 10 months of being fobbed off with same lame excuses it's with admin & they are chasing accounts

The dealing with my queries was very slow. I had to tell them my hotel was being used as quarantine hotel and tell them my flight home was cancelled. I’m still waiting for updated transfer voucher

Do not book with this company they have in their small print 'FORCE MAJEURE', you also pay a separate company. So if you have problems you are not covered by insurance or credit card. You will not get a refund from Citrus. Stay protected and book with someone else.

This booking was faultless and carried out in a very professional manner. After seeing the holiday advertised in a very informative way and then a call to finalise some additional requirements the trip was booked. All the necessary information and documents were then received without delay. We are very pleased with product and the service.

I have not yet taken the holiday with Citrus, but the travel agent I dealt with was friendly and helpful and did her best to find what we were looking for, and even managed to rearrange when we had a last minute change of dates. Hopefully this is a good sign for the actual holiday, which is In October.

Shocking establishment. They should not be permitted to trade. They cheat all the way. I am trying to do something about it. Beware, they trade under many different names.

Ryan was very helpful booking our holiday to Rhodes. We used a voucher we had from a cancellation last year due to Covid. Not sure re the many negative reviews. But their website is down, soetrsd the booking over the phone.

Appalling customer service - our holiday was cancelled to india and time and time again we were promised refunds. Much like other reviews 'you are in a que' 'please be patient' We had to resort to county court judgement and then they paid. So stressful and upsetting. It is the lies and smoke and mirrors that is the worse If anyone is either thinking of booking with them - don't !! Or waiting for a refund - start action against them immediately - it cost £115 and take half hour on line - best half hour spent ....
