Have booked with this company fir many years including long haul. They are much cheapwr than any other travel agent for exactly the same tbing. I dont know how they di it. Rose the travel consultant was friendly clear and efficient and i was very impressed. This company is now called cities and beaches. In the past they booked a holiday toPeru for us. The most organised holiday weve ever been on. Just booked a holiday ti cyprus. Once again fantastic value for money would definitely recommend

Paid $27,000 to Citrus for a trip for July 2020. They cancelled it because of Covid (which was understandable). The airfare and hotel reimbursed Citrus right away. It has been almost 2 years come this July and to date not one penny have they reimbursed us. I have emails from representative in addition to recordings that we would get our money back by September 2020. Since then all they are giving me is excuses for almost 2 years. Further steps are necessary!!!! Really hoping not too.

I found citrus.co.uk very efficient. However, when EasyJet cancelled the original flight, Citrus claimed that they did not know about the cancellation. As the tour operator with whom I made my booking, it is simply unacceptable that Citrus should attempt to abrogate responsibility and blame EasyJet. The tour operator should and must hold overall responsibility. Despite the foregoing, I would recommend Citrus

Do I really have to give a star to write this review?? Avoid booking. It took nearly a year to receive a refund and that was through the bank.

I suggest you tell them that if you do not receive repayment in the next fortnight, you will issue a Summons without further notice, and will also reclaim from them the Summons fee and interest (8% pa under the County Courts Act) from the date you paid them till the date repayment made. I issued a Summons (you can do it online) at the beginning of December, and they paid up (together with nearly £300 for the interest claimed and Summons fee) before the date for applying for Judgment in default. -

I have to tell you that I am worried. I have paid in full for a trip to Sri Lanka 1 February and have heard nothing from Citrus.... I have called and they say they will call back in 1 hour, this was 48 hours ago... I have also emailed them.....

This is going to be our 2nd holiday with Citrus if this holiday is as good as our Triple Asian Tour then we cannot wait. Victor was great helping us arrange our holiday we will definitely keep coming back to you.

Paid around £780 for a trip to Prague Vienna and Budapest in Oct 19.We got on the plane in March 20 and got off again because Prague was closing its borders due to the Civid 19 pandemic. We eventually got a refund from Citrus holidays of ……£95! Won’t use this ripoff company again.

We also joined the long list of those awaiting promised refunds. Between our credit card company insurance and the excellent UK County court system for recovering monies owed, we recovered most of the monies owed. Information on how to make a claim, and whether or not you are eligible to make a claim, is available from the U.K. moneyclaims service. It was an easy, effective and quick process I trust this is helpful

PLEASE REPORT a complaint about Citrus Holidays to the Competitions and Marketing Authority CMA (Gov.UK).Citrus Holidays should not be getting away with not refunding money for cancelled holiday trips due to Covid. I am in the same situation as many of you. It has been 14 months since I was promised a refund and 20 months since I paid Citrus Holidays for a European holiday for myself and my husband. PLEASE report a complaint about them to the Competitions and Marketing Authority CMA (Gov.UK). I have done this but unless there are more people who complain I don't think it will help my cause. It is a very easy form to complete and they do get back to you with a report reference number within a few weeks. Come on everyone, let's band together and send in complaints. CMA will investigate if there are enough people complaining! They have thousands of dollars of our money. Citrus Holidays should be called on for lying, scheming, and cheating people out of their hard earned money. These fraudsters should be made accountable.

I have exactly the same feedback as a previous reviewer regarding the handling of 2020 bookings cancelled through COVID. I have been waiting 14 months and although was asked for my bank details back in May, hoping things were moving nothing has been refunded yet. I am constantly fobbed off with bland pap when they do bother to respond to my emails! I have been a loyal customer previously, and had positive experiences however how they have treated customers over the last year indicates they are a bunch of charlatans. Until I finally get my refund it would be a negative score from me if this was available!

DO NOT USE THIS CROOKED COMPANY!! 14+ months they have given excuse after excuse why they haven’t given me my refund, even though they received my refunds from airlines in August of 2020! “We are working tirelessly to process refunds”. “We have been chasing accounts to process your refund”. “You should have your refund within a few days”-September 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They are a division of @BENZ TRAVEL Supposedly bookings are protected u see @ATOL, yet they refuse to give it back, I have hundreds and hundreds of emailed excuses. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would!!!
