Still waiting for a refund after 15 months! My flights were cancelled and I was told my refund was being treated with priority. That was well over a year ago! I email them for status every month and do get a response, I'm still priority apparently! They are not credible. Worse than this, they operate through "Wisemiser" (but this is not known to the customer). The result is that there is no credit card protection as they become a 3rd party. This is not a valid "debtor-creditor-supplier" relationship under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. So no credit card protection!

I booked 19th May 2019. Put the holiday back 12 months because of Covid. This also did not happen and was issued a Refund crdedit Voucher payable through Benz Travel. It expires 22 March 22. But you can't book holidays or even speak with Citrus. Benz now seem to be another company and refuse to discuss. Both companies still trading which makes the ATOL Certificate worthless....How can they get away with this???

I've booked a holiday. Got 1 email. Very basic. Checked the flight numbers. Appears I'm not on the flight according to them . I recieved nothing of the them. I'm going next month

I noticed £479 cost was then £489. Would be grateful the price given at time of buying ticket remains the same when one gets their e-ticket.Happened in the past.

We booked a holiday in Sri Lanka and the Maldives in Feb 2020 for a holiday Nov 2020, prior to paying the balance we requested to delay the trip by 12 months which Citrus duly did at a cost of £1146 extra. The holiday was then planned for Nov 2021, obviously again it did not go ahead but Citrus agreed that I did not need to pay the balance until 4 weeks before departure. So in the end I had paid £3232 and I requested a full refund. I anticipated a battle based on reviews but they offered me a voucher which I declined and then said it would be 12+weeks before I could get a refund. I did need to give then a nudge at week 15 with the threat of further action they then paid me in full. During all of these challenges they have been great at responding to emails and they have been very honest in the delay in giving me my money back. It has been a difficult time for the travel industry and overall I believe they have acted with integrity.

Quick, simple process. Submitted my details on the web page, had a call and few emails to clarify details (change of flights to better times for a small increase in cost) whole process to online payment took around an hour. Paperwork came through a few hours later. Can’t wait to get there now!

Have been with Citrus in the past and had no qualms about going with them again. Organising the tour was straightforward even though we looked at changing things. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait for the holiday now

Holiday was cancelled 2 yrs ago (covid) . Went back to Citrus last week just to see if I could now book another holiday & not loose the money that I’d already paid in full 2 years earlier- yes no problem at all! Delighted with their professionalism- let’s hope the new holiday comes up trumps!😂

I would have given a higher score if Citrus had answered any telephone calls. I was using a credit note to pay for my new booking and it was very frustrating getting anyone to contact me initially and process the matter. Once I was contacted things developed fairly smoothly but slowly simply because there was no way of speaking to anyone so that the matter could be dealt with more quickly. It ended up taking about 5 days to book a holiday, whereas if they had spoken on the telephone it could have been dealt with immediately. However the lady I dealt with (Ruchi) was very sweet and helpful and dealt with it well. I would definitely use them again even without a credit note. I have used them before and they have always been excellent.

Appalling service, we booked a family holiday to the red sea in Feb 21, paid half. To go in Feb 22, awful communication, but they kept saying everything was good to still go, then they told us two weeks before this wasn't happening, when I asked why it was because they hadn't secured the hotel, outrageous we lost the holiday, after a huge complaint from me I got full refund, but they tried fobbing me off with credit. If I could do zero stars I would, do not use this company.

We have not received any refund since our trip was cancelled due to Covid issue 2 years ago. Yes this company keeps promising we will be refunded very soon but that has been the response for 2 years. We have not been reimbursed anything of our $2700.00 + no flights, no hotels nothing at all. Yes I agree further action is necessary. I will look into a law suit information is very helpful. Thank you LJM

We booked a holiday with Citrus 15 months ago which we were told was fully refundable. We were in complete lockdown a year ago when we were supposed to travel so could not go. We are still waiting for refund. We will start court proceedings because we get excuses but no refund like many other people. Do not book with this company
