The team have a great appreciation for the product and are good at building rapport over the telephone. Trust was built and a fair price accepted on the car. Emailed queries were quickly answered. The team were nice to meet during handover, when the Fiesta ST was not far from immaculate. I am appreciative of the great customer service and the fact that Mr Honeywood and management made sure to go the extra mile in making the handover go so well. I would buy from this team again and recommend.

Helping me choose the right car to suit our needs, guiding me through the process of purchasing the car and then thoroughly explaining everything i will need to know about my new car when i came to collect it yesterday. For 21 years we have been buying Peugeot cars. Last year we decided to buy a 308gt Premium 1.2 petrol car from Peugeot dealership of Ipswich. So on the 25 th June 2022 we ordered through them after seeing the brochure of the 308gt premium. As everything that we wanted about the car was included in this Peugeot 308gt flagship top of the range. Especially the automatic parking and the matrix lights. Our car was built at Mulhouse, in France and arrived at dealership at the end of October 2022. We asked if all the equipment was on the car? We were told that the only thing missing were the charging plate. The salesman wanted to register the car quickly and before the end of October. We had also bought the outer paint coating from the dealership which they applied. This meant a delay and therefore it was the 2 nd November 2022 before we arrived to pick up the car. On arriving we already knew the Peugeot had dropped the name Premium from the car, but the hand over of the car was still showing it was a 308gt premium. The salesman did not tell us there was anything missing or that the car was in fact a mis build ( A mis build is a car that they use odd parts from stock that are left around) so we drove it home and then realised that there was no automatic park equipment. So what was ordered by us through Peugeot dealership of Ipswich was a top of the range 308gt premium that we paid extra for was in fact a 308gt MIS BUILD. We complained, but have got nothing. NO Apology, NO refund for the missing part. NO NOTHING from Peugeot dealership in Ipswich. NOTHING!! Update: Peugeot dealership of Ipswich rang today 31/01/2023 to say that Peugeot refused to put the missing Automatic park 3 into the car and also refused to refund the £500 that it cost. So there you are. Peugeot does NOT care about it's customers and the dealership is the same. If that is indeed true that a revised brochure was show the information on the 1st April (April fool's day) then how come we were never informed of that fact when we ordered the 308gt premium? Sorry but I don't believe that information was publicly available to prospective customers. Thank you for your reply. Interesting that you mentioned that the viso park 3 was removed from the 308gt premium due to shortages? But strange that the viso park 3 was still being added to their other vehicles like the electric cars. But perhaps that was a mistake on Peugeot who thought no one would notice? So there you have it in the nice reply. If you buy/order a Peugeot car because of the equipment then check with your dealer throughout the waiting time for the car that everything that is specified to be part of car you your ordered may not be put in the car because of world wide shortages. But that doesn't mean that the equipment is really a problem it just means Peugeot is using it in another vehicle.

Super efficient ongoing customer care and service from John Grose Diss and also Ipswich who helped us so much get the electric car we wanted. We bought a Mustang Mach E from them and they couldn't have been more helpful sorting out a few issues. Nothing was too much trouble especially from the Service Manger Robert in Diss. We absolutely love our new Electric car and it is a joy to drive. Can't recommend them enough.

From start to finish the best possible customer service. All car dealers are facing delays in getting stock but I was kept updated by Stuart throughout & got my car two months earlier than anticipated. Great car, excellent value and nice people to deal with. Will be back again I’m sure

Been dealing with the team at John Grose Ford in Lowestoft for around 7 years now. Since last January time I’ve been dealing with James Sutton and he goes above and beyond to look after us. So far myself family and close friends have ordered around 7/8 cars since last January. I can’t talk highly enough of James and the customer care he provides, he’s always on the end of the phone if needed. I think I have spoken to him that much that much he must be fed up of hearing my voice! The whole team are great Karl is always there if James is out and Alex before Christmas on the 23rd of December was a saviour when we needed advice on a Kuga that we were struggling with. He helped us for around an hour on the phone, I mean what more could you ask for just before Christmas. I’m based in coventry and wouldn’t dream of using another garage apart from John Grose Ford Lowestoft.
