Ordered my New Puma ST back in July and took delivery in December. Service from Josh Brooks from start to finish was great. I was always apprehensive of buying a car over 300 miles away but I got such a good deal I couldn’t refuse. I never felt pressured into buying the car and Josh was always there to answer any questions and queries I had. I was offered both road driven or transported delivery which definitely made it easier for me. I was regularly updated throughout the process with a build date and when it had been shipped etc. Even though it’s over 300 miles away from me, the experience I had from John Grose Ford Ipswich means I will definitely look to upgrade my Puma with them in the next 12-24 months.

What can I say but what a superb and easy transaction.Although i waited a while (understandable) I took delivery of my new Focus ST Vignale 155 Auto yesterday from Jack at JG Woodbridge. Jack was fantasic throughout the process and it was a pleasure meeting him in person. Having had previous indifferent experiences before with John Grose staff (Ford) it was with some trepidation that we visited the DS showroom in Ipswich to evaluate the DS4. This was an eye-opening experience, with staff clearly willing to help and spend time discussing the car and various options, and despite time-delays experienced through world-wide parts availability, eventually took deliver of a very pleasing car. 5 star customer care.
