These three were amazing. Ford has screwed me a few times with the delivery and delaying and not giving me explanations. The team at John Grose tracked down the info and got my car delivered and got Ford on their gear. I had issues with finances and Terry helped me get reapproved for a loan. I would trust no one but this group for future car need even if they're 200 miles away from me.

From the lease purchase of a Sierra some while back, via 2 lease purchases of Focus estates in 2017 and 2019 to our new lease of yet another Focus estate in Oct 2022 they have always been prepared to help above and beyond expectations. The fact that we will always make Grose our first point of contact when shopping for a new car shows the trust which we have in Alex Read, the man who has patiently answered our questions, and worked with us cheerfully to give us the solution that is right for us. This latest car has been beset by covid and parts availability issues, no fault of the dealer, but they have stuck by their original pricing to the letter, accommodated the previous lease overrun, and delivered the car to spec a few days ago. United Kingdom | 12 November 2022I recently bought a Mazda CX5 from Ford, Lowestoft, some 200 miles from home. The vehicle was dirty when I viewed it and not much better when I collected it. The dealership offered to pay £50 towards the £100 valeting cost. The valet firm pointed out some concerns with the vehicle. Two reputable local bodyshops expressed the view that the vehicle had had extensive repairs and suggested returning it. The dealer offered to replace the vehicle from stock, a different make and model. Ultimately, they took the vehicle back and returned my trade-in, less the boot mat, which I asked to be returned. The sales manager said 'he had it in hand". I heard no more. There are no winners in this matter. However, I am retired and almost £300 out of pocket, in admin, fees, petrol etc. (and boot mat). Moreover. the matter left me feeling unwell.
