John Grose Ipswich have always been a great dealership which is why my family have used them for 25 years +. James Honeywood is excellent! Friendly, Informative, caring, courteous, showed a genuine interest in what we wanted and then made recommendations accordingly. A great listener and no hard sell tactics, perfect, just can't fault this lovely man. He kept us informed on progress from pre-sale to driving off the site in our new Ford Kuga PHEV. If only all salesmen were like James. Icing on the cake was a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was fine. Top marks James.

All the staff were pleasant and ‘A’ (not sure if I can name individuals) gave us Stirling service throughout our purchase experience. We had one little niggle which was noted and dealt with straight away. We were also helped by the service team signing up for a three year service contract which saved us money. All on all a very good experience. I would recommend John Grose, Lowestoft anytime.

My new car arrived earlier than originally expected, but the salesman could not have been more helpful in keeping me informed throughout the purchase process. On the two occasions I went into the dealership everyone was very welcoming and friendly and everything was very well organised. The salesman explained the main differences between the new car and my old one thoroughly and had also taken the trouble to set up the radio stations I use the most, as well as various items on the display panel. I was also able to ask one or two questions, which he answered readily. The sales manager also took the trouble to come and speak to me before I left. I have purchased all my cars from John Grose since moving to Ipswich in 1986 and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
