From contacting John Grose back in April 2022 for the quote on my new Ford Puma ST, and making contact with Terry Harvey, I found John Grose, very professional, open and transparent about the delivery time, and very competitive on the price all very important, throughout the whole process Terry was in contact at regular intervals to update me on the build of my car, which was wonderful to hear, in the end the car had an earlier than scheduled build. August 2022: - Matt was able to find a new unallocated Ford Puma ST Line Plus Automatic in the colour of my preference, at JG’s Ipswich garage. Such avoided a circa 6-month + order / delivery wait. Delayed registration and collection to suit my convenience (13th September), bonus being a 72 registration plate.

Great experience from start to finish. There was a long delay in the actual delivery of the vehicle but that was to be expected given the currant climate. Terry kept me informed throughout the process and the hand over process was excellent. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I cannot recommend them and especially Terry Harvey who dealt with me.
