Car ordered nov 21, Ryan kept us up to date every step of the way of the cars progress to finally arriving at the showrooms. We travelled in a rental car from Liverpool to the car rental drop off, where Ryan met us and took us to John Grose where a lovely new Ford Focus awaited us. Ryan who I have got to say is the nicest car salesperson I have met, patiently went through showing me the onboard computer and use of the gear lever, as this is my first automatic car it was all quite daunting but Ryan’s explanations and patience put me at ease. My only regret that this excellent dealership is not nearer my home town.

John Grose, Ben the sales guy,was most helpful and explained to us about the car. Sorted all the paperwork required so all we had to do was pay for the car and pick it up. Ben even helped us set up phones. Brilliant garage and all the staff really helpful.
