Excellent service.

It took 4 days (!) to get the test results. I've sent the sample on Saturday at 11:30am. I received the result the following Wednesday 09/11/2022 around mid-day. This is absolutely useless. I do understand the laboratory may not operate on Sundays, but another 2.5 days after that is ridiculous. Highly unrecommended service unless they change. We are going to avoid it in the future.

Ordered my rapid antigen tests before the restrictions changed so I didn't really need them but did them anyway.. they came as I was told no problems ordering at all. I spoke to an advisor and she was excellent..10/10 .. I did the tests anyway 24 hrs before I flew and posted my results with ease..I received my fit to fly certificate within 1 hr even though I didn't need it, I took it just incase I was asked to prove I had a negative covid test.. Myhealthchecked are excellent in my opinion..Thank you so much..

When I requested my test kit,it was advertised that I would get the result in 24-48 hrs. I got my result back after 4 days. I've already arrived in my destination. Fortunately it was not required at the airport and I was able to fly without PCR test. I'm so disappointed and will not use this again.

Test arrived quickly but took over a week to get back and tested (from me posting it), also went from Manchester to Leeds for some reason, despite lab apparently being in Manchester. Not sure if post issue or MyHealthCheck issue? Otherwise fine.

Tests easy to complete and to send the results to be analysed, travel certificate issued fast.

Not good service

I ordered 2x fit to fly tests with My Health Checked, and completed these tests to the exact instructions outlined by My Health Checked. Once my test was actually in the lab the turnaround within the lab was swift. However, the service offered isn't fit for what it is intended for (PCR tests for flying). It took 3 days for my tests to reach the lab, despite me avoiding posting during any planned postal strikes. The service hinges on the use of Royal Mail priority mail boxes in order for the tests to get to the lab in enough time to meet the 48hr window testing requirement for flying. There is no country that allows a PCR test outside of this 48hr window, so this timescale is key for any fit to fly test. With that in mind, I can not see how these tests meet the product description set out as advertised - there is no country that would accept these test results for flying as the tests results fall outwit the 48hr window, therefore they are not 'fit to fly' tests. Within the promotional material for these tests there is nothing alerting the consumer to the fact that these tests may take, as was in my case, 3 days to reach the labs thus making the results void for the purpose that the tests are intended - fit to fly. I have raised this with My Health Checked and they are unwilling at this stage to accept that the tests are not fit for purpose and continue to sell them as such.

Kits arrived quickly in time for our holiday to Laos. Results were sent through within 20 mins and took a lot of the stress out of having to have testing for travel. Would recommend and would definitely use MHC again!

Easy to use. Sent test picture in at 7am. Results and certificate sent to me within half an hour of them opening that day. Very happy with this service

Have done 2 tests in Oct 22. Both took a long time to get to the lab. Royal Mail greatly at fault but the Co. needs to get Royal Mail to get their act together. Second test took a long time for me to get result - thank goodness I wasn't travelling. I will not use MyHealth Checked again.

I posted my test and was reassured that receipt was confirmed. I received my results the next day and was extremely satisfied with the service. I would recommend and definitely use the service again.

Horrible experience with customer services who were rude and patronising. Service won’t be completed in time and they’ve taken my money
