Can’t recommend this Company for Rapid PCR tests, we sent our tests in for a 72 pre flight test. They arrived on the exact time of our flight. We missed out BA flight due to the delivery taking so long and had to spend a night in a hotel at our expense. Paid a lot to get the service we didn’t receive. Very disappointed

I was a bit late sending the sample but you pulled it out of the hat for my flight, very grateful. Mind you they didn’t even ask for it. Thanks.

The test was easy to do and the response was quick.

Speedy results with tracking of every stage. Nothing wrong with the company but buying the kit from boots in store was a slight issue as staff were not aware it existed. When located the dummy pack on shop floor, staff could not locate the actual kit behind counter. Once the test had been carried out, I looked at the test kit and saw that the expiry date had passed! Posted it off any way and everything was fine in the end! I can only assume that the above issues arose as there is little to no demand for pcr testing for travel. Best of ordering a few days before travelling online to be delivered home taking into account Royal Mail strike dates!

I appreciate their services. When l had doubts l reply to one of there emails they send to me and they replied on time. Also is important to add details about your travelling date and time. ( remember they don’t have post services on Sunday and l believe the last collection is on Saturday around 12 ish)

Product via Lloyds had an expiry date [before] shipping date. In discussion with customer services. Normally service is fine. [Update - thank you - I have done that now also -replacement provided].

Scam!!! Please people don't waist your money!!!!. Food Intolerance only could be done by blood sample. They just giving you random foods as your Intolerance and advice you to not eat them. Ofcause if you give up chocolate, cheese and dairy will make you feel lighter in 6 weeks. I done blood Intolerance test and it was completely diferent. Please don't let them fool you.

As a shareholder in MyHealthchecked PLC I wanted to try out (road test!) one of the new Intolerance tests recently introduced by MHC. The whole experience was fault-free and results came back within 10 days. I took the food intolerance test and interestingly the results showed I had sensitivity in 2 areas for which I am currently on medication. The advice section has made me adjust what foods I can tolerate so I will make the appropriate changes and monitor any benefits going forward.

Having posted my sample , Royal mail didn't deliver it to you until 5 days later so the result , although rapid (4hrs) was of no use to me as it came after my flight departure. I ended up spending more money on a rapid test at Heathrow Airport in order to travel as planned.

Fast response great service

Instructions were reasonably easy to understand and follow from setting up the account, registering the kit and carrying out the test. Results came back in short order. Overall a positive experience.

Good service

My partner and I both sent in (PCR) covid tests and mine was turned around within a reasonable time frame. We had issues with my partner's due to the utter hopelessness of Royal Mail taking 5 days to deliver her sample even though they were not on strike at the time. She received good customer service from MHC when she contacted them, albeit there was a limit to what could be achieved by them in the circumstances. The one thing we were a bit disappointed about was that the postage label MHC sent as part of the pack wasn't 'GUARANTEED' 24 hours which we assumed it was. It was only when we chased RM to find out why the sample hadn't been delivered that we discovered this. In fact, RM told us that despite the label being 'Tracked 24' it could still take up to five days for the sample to be delivered!! For absolute transparency this ought to be made clear by MHC at the point of purchase (and elsewhere). Perhaps MHC might like to confirm to anyone reading this whether they will do this in future, or better still provide a GUARANTEED 24 hour postage label as part of the testing pack.

Although we did not require a COVID test to fly and cruise we thought it would was prudent to take a travel test. The process was easy to follow and test verified with travel certificate in several hours.
