The Vitamin D and iron quick tests were easy to use, worked great for a quick home check-up, and really helped me be more prepared to talk to my doctor about my symptoms! Great customer service to top it all off.

Very impressed by the company. I initially chose it because it’s associated (either sold by or used by I can’t recall) Boots. My test for intolerances was broken down and simplified which was great, but I also enquired about if I could have further scientific information regarding my alleles and my genotype. They responded brilliantly which I would like to thank Isabela the nutritionist and product manager specifically for. Very pleased and will be using them again if I ever need to.

Very Helpful Company. I recently bought a blood test kit and had a made a bit of a botch of collecting the blood sample. I contacted the Customer Service Team and they were very accomodating and sent me a replacement kit immediately.

I've been looking to take better care of my health after signing up for a marathon. I came across the heart profile test and was curious to see how my heart is doing, especially my cholesterol levels. To start with, the kit is nicely packaged and there's some spare items (lancets, plasters and wipes). The instructions are pretty straightforward. I had to sign up and make a profile on the website, which was quick to do. This just asks some general health questions. It took about 15 minutes from opening the kit, to having it all ready to be posted back. There's a pre-paid tracked postage bag to return the samples via Royal Mail. I put the samples in the postbox on Wednesday evening 10/04/24 and had the results (analysed by a doctor) on Friday 12/04/24. I'm very impressed with this service, and the level of detail provided. Definitely a bargain!

Took several days before being logged as received which I was a little anxious over. Lab test results then arrived very quickly. I answered that I didn’t eat shell fish so I had no results for shell fish! This was a little disappointing as the reason I don’t eat shell fish is due to a nauseas feeling I had years ago. Would have been good to see the results. I was hoping for more detailed report, on reflection I should of realised that it was £54 so not to hope for much. It would be interesting to understand more on the DNA as NHS had tested me with a reaction to cows milk and this showed no intolerance! I was hoping this would show a breakdown so I could understand if it was whey or any extra info. Disappointing over all for me.

I came across these tests and knew I needed to give some a go. I've been after answers for so long so I ordered a couple to start me off and I wasn't disappointed. Using the kit was easy and my results came back after a week. The report was clear and gave me explanations and suggestions, all of which made sense to me and which I will be following. I have spent some time preparing to follow the recommendations so I can't say yet if they're working but even if they don't, the tests and results have helped me in many other ways!

I did the vitamin D test and the weight management DNA test. Both were easy to do. I am a bit sceptical about the vitamin D test as it resembles the Covid test. But as far as the DNA test is concerned, I am pleased with the process and the result. It took a while to get the report and the results are quite "generic" in the sense that it tells you what your gene predisposes you for but it doesn't mean you actually will develop whatever is said. And this is made very clear. In my case, the results matched my struggles and I take them as a tool to better by health. So 5 stars from me! I love the recommendations. I think that to make the process complete, a follow up with a doctor or nutritionist would very good and would allow to really tailor the advice.

I did the DNA vitamins and minerals test, it was a bargain! Lots of interesting information for the cost! I sent a question about one of my genes and I had a very in depth answer to what it meant. Brilliant

The DNA pack is really easy to use and send off. Setting up your account via the app is really easy too. My results came back 6 days later. My DNA shows what vitamins and minerals that my body is susceptible to being deficient in. Just wish the NHS would do a vitamin check so that I can see whether I am deficient in any of the vitamins and minerals shown on my DNA check.

I recently purchased the iron self test and was surprised at how easy it was to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Within minutes I had results right just like a COVID test. Highly recommended for an affordable regular check.

When I tried to pierce my finger I found it difficult to get the top off the piercing tool. When I did, and tried it, it didn't work. It just indented my skin after trying several times. including pressing very hard. Two are suppied so I tried the other one. Once again very hard to take the top off. When I did it, came apart, so there was nothing to pierce with. Have returned via Boots, Uxbridge. Also worried about accidentally doing more than two drops of the testing fluid (not my blood) as that invalidates the test. Also there are 4 lots of similar instructions to read including the video. So unnecessarily time consuming.
