Really easy to use self test. Results in minutes. I’ll be using these to monitor my vitamin levels more often.

Kept checking my emails every day until I checked my results on the website directly only to be told my test had been rejected. No email to tell me this. I followed the instructions precisely. £50 out of pocket. Not impressed. No offer to send a replacement or anything. Avoid!

I’ve done 3 of the tests to date, the earliest back in 2022 when they first launched. Having decided to get fit for January I thought I may as well do the intolerances and sensitivity test, having done the heart health and weight management previously. I was convinced I was a bit insensitive to gluten and was extremely surprised when I found out my main areas of concern were sodium (salt), caffeine (I knew this from the heart health test) and lactose. No wonder I always felt tired - I do like a milky caffeine free coffee. Having cut milk and caffeine out of my diet completely, I can honestly say I feel a lot more energetic and have more enthusiasm for just getting on with things. Just ordered the intolerance test for my wife. It’s amazing how much difference a little change can make. The reports that come with results give you advice and guidance on diet and exercise. The thing I really like about these tests are that they are specific to how your body is made up, not just general diet advice, which may actually be wrong for your dna makeup. Highly recommended and much easier than going to the doctors and saying “I feel a bit tired all the time”.

I haven't yet sent the test off so haven't received results but I wanted to give a rating for customer support. I was having trouble drawing enough blood so I emailed the customer support contact and they responded in 30 minutes offering to send me a replacement test. They also supplied some extra info to help guarantee a better blood draw in the future. This info would have been useful to have been supplied along with the test (hence 4 stars not 5) but certainly customer support gets top rate. I imagine some folk might prefer a telephone number - certainly having to email with bloody fingers required some negotiation - but certainly the email service was prompt, clear and precise

The test was simple to carry out and I got my results back quickly. Very happy with the service, will use them again for other tests

This is an update to the review below. The team contacted me and this all was sorted. Thank you. Spent over £50 to understand my heart risks, the results was not clear and they sent a cookie-cutter templatic assessment of the data saying that its a dedicated assessment of my case. Sent them email to ask just one question and its been two months no reply yet. Yet another mass spam company making money. Went to their website to call and it didn't connect to any human being. I hope they can take good care of their paying customers. Hopefully, if they are reading these feedback, someone should check their email care@ and reply back to me, i have sent another email today.
